Top Photography Conferences 2019

AIPAD – The Photography Show 

  • Dates: April 4 – 7
  • Location: Piers 94, New York City

The Association of International Photography Art Dealers (AIPAD) will hold the 39th edition of The Photography Show which is one of the world’s most prestigious annual photography events. The Photography Show is the longest-running and foremost exhibition dedicated to the photographic medium. Nearly 100 of the world’s leading fine art photography galleries will present a range of museum-quality work including contemporary, modern, and 19th century photographs, photo-based art, video, and new media. Mystic Seminars

  • Dates: April 15 – 19
  • Location: Havana Port of Call (Norwegian Sun Cruise out of Port Canaveral, Florida)

Mystic Seminars is an annual wedding photography conference where everyone is welcomed. People get to interact and learn from one another. This year, they are going to bring the conference to a cruise ship. The conference aims at building communities and friendships where speakers, attendees, and sponsors interact on the same level. ShutterFest is the un-conference who focuses on community. Photoshop World: A KelbyOne Conference

Travel Writers & Photographers Conference

  • Dates: August 8 – 11
  • Location: Corte Madera, CA

Organized by Book Passage, it offers a collegial atmosphere conference which has a has an extraordinary reputation among publishers, editors, and writers. Alumni have published books, articles, and photos—many as the direct result of lessons learned and contacts made at the conference. It offers an array of workshops, panels, and evening activities.
