Saint Jacque’s Tower is the last remaining piece of the Church of Saint-Jacques-de-la-Boucherie which was demolished over 200 years ago. Tour Saint-Jacques is now a French Monument and also offers an amazing view of the Seine River, along with the Eiffel Tower and all its beautiful surrounding elements.
The Sacre-Cœur, or the Basillica of the Sacred Heart of Paris, is an exquisite Roman Catholic church sitting on the top of the hill in Montmarte. This is the highest point in Paris and will give you a wide angle view of one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
Visit here in the late evening on summer nights and the weekend to find many locals and tourists gathered to smoke, drink, and mingle along the lawn and hill in front of the monument. There are also many restaurants and small attractions to see right around this monument and is a great spot to find out more about the city.
This wild view was captured from the 210 meter tall skyscraper, Tour Montparnasse. It provides an amazing aerial view of the city as a whole and allows you to look down through the various avenues and streets across the city.
This is a perfect spot to set up for shooting sunset and/or sunrise to capture beautiful light over the city below.
Parc des Buttes Chaumont
The fifth largest park, and debatably one of the most beautiful in all of Paris, the Parc des Buttes Chaumont, has unreal vegetation and gardening with monuments scattered all throughout the park. Along with this, the park also provides scenic views of the city and a gorgeous lake with various walking paths.
Arc de Triomphe
The Arc de Triomphe is an incredibly famous monument in France known for honoring those who fought and died in the French Revolutionary and the Napoleonic Wars. It is now an amazing, historical monument and also a great place to come and take in a wonderful view of the city. You have the ability to go up to the top of the Arc or you can take in the scene from the ground on the famous Champs-Élysées.
The Top of the Eiffel Tower
Some of you might be saying “DUH!”, but regardless, we had to put this notorious spot on the list. The view from the top of the Eiffel Tower is something every human should see at least once in their life. So vast, so elegant. There’s just something about looking over the city from the tip of the most famous tower in the world.

This incredible restaurant is located right next to the Eiffel Tower and provides a picturesque and modern atmosphere while still giving you that old-Parisian feel.
