Note:
Adobe Lightroom is not able to add any photo as a layer on another photo. it means you can not use overlays in the lightroom programs. Normally Photoshop is a good tool for this. If you don’t have any editor app, you can still add the Photo overlays to your scenes!!! Photo editors like Pixlr, Canva, and others are good on the web.
