These product features Lightroom Presets in .xmp format. These are only compatible with Lightroom CC (desktop) and Lightroom Classic CC, along with all the latest versions of Adobe Lightroom Creative Cloud for the computer. You can sync .xmp presets with Lightroom Mobile.
