The March for Our Lives is a planned demonstration scheduled by the March for Our Lives Organization on March 24, 2018 in cities throughout the country. The march in Boston took place today and spanned from Madison Park Technical Vocational High School into the Boston Commons where an estimated 50,000 protesters came together to help make a change.
According to the March for Our Lives Organization, “On March 24, the kids and families of March For Our Lives will take to the streets to demand that their lives and safety become a priority and that we end gun violence and mass shootings in our schools today. March with us in Washington DC or march in your own community. On March 24, the collective voices of the March For Our Lives movement will be heard. The march begins at 11:00am at Madison Park High School and will make its way to Boston Commons for a rally at 2:00pm.”
