Leanne Marshall SS18 Runway Show at NYFW
Since 12 years old, Leanne Marshall has been sketching, plotting, and creating clothing to become the fashion designer that she is today. She has now evolved into a fashion and bridal wear designer based out of Portland, Oregon, but she’s taking on the world. She was the winner of season 5 of Project Runway and this year we had the pleasure of covering her show at New York Fashion Week.
Leanne’s collection consisted of looks that were elegant and full of life. Vibrant colors filled the room as the models walked their final run through to close the show. Leanne’s new collection featured detailed stripe-patterned dresses and blouse as well as solid and bold colored tops, skirts, and full dresses. Most notable of all, she didn’t only design beautiful patterns, but she paired these stunning looks with intricate drapery and lush fabrics.
